OK, I just tested mseide compiled with fpc 3.2.2 and -O3 on Windows 10 and all seems ok there. So it is maybe related with Windows 7 (but I cannot find such machine at the moment). Or maybe it is hardware related, -O3 try to optimize with a flag that dont work on your machine or something like this. It would be great if you could have more infos debugging mseide (if debugger by chance gives something). I am sorry but I cannot reproduce the problem (or I miss something) so I dont see how to help.
