[msmom] SCOM 2007 to SCOM 2012 Export Subscribers and Subscriptions

I have built new SCOM 2012 servers and will be moving our clients to the new 
system.  Is there a way to export the subscriptions and subscribers from the 
SCOM 2007 and import them into the new SCOM 2012 server?
