Wish I had better news.  The warehouse is a required component set up during 
install and there is no simple method to recreate it in SCOM 2012.  The support 
team at Microsoft does have a method to re-construct this DB in these cases I 
believe… but it is somewhat complex and requires multiple points of inspection 
to ensure everything is functioning again.

Our Datawarehouse database was accidently deleted and we do not have a backup
