This isn't an issue with a management server. That management serve just happens to be the one that is getting the DW Sync job now that the old RMS duties are distributed. If you uninstalled that management server (or simply just removed it from the default resource pools) you would see this sync job follow to another MS and most likely start failing.
This is caused by a problem trying to insert data into the DW for managed entities, and this issue will also cause reports to not show specific agent machines in them. :) I'd recommend opening a support case on the issue, as from the few cases I have seen on this - it required support to modify entries in the DB. I have not been able to find anything that works on any blogs. My next move was to remove this Management Server from the environment, wait 48hrs and put it back in, but I wanted to put a "feeler" out to this group first.
