Hi, I'm getting an error when trying to access the Application Advisor:

An error has occurred
  The additional error information can be found in the Windows Application
Log. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this temporary service
outage.

On the Web server there is an application log event:  1309 that has an
event code of 3005 pointing to access is denied for the user.

I followed several blogs pointing to changing the application pool
identity.  I changed it to network services, the reporting user account,
several accounts that have access to the DB.  Resetting IIS between each
change.  And nothing works, same error.

Has anyone had this issue before and not able to get passed it applying the
usual fix?
