The closest thing I've seen to a roadmap was the sessions at TechEd.
Basically it sounds like they want extend the lifetime of SCOM 2012 R2 on prem 
installs and add major new features with cloud attached services like 
Advisor/GSM/Application Insights.
This really fits the "cloud, cloud, cloud" theme MS is pushing towards.  IMHO I 
would not be surprised to see some kind of SCOM SaaS in Azure or even have 
Advisor take over as the primary focus.

Check out DCIM-B381, DCIM-B369, and DCIM-B420.
They are all good sessions but if you just want the roadmap stuff, they're in 
the first 5-8 minutes.

I've been looking around on an application roadmap for ops manager but without 
success. Has anyone come accross info or a link on system center operations 
manager roadmap? (Anything Post 2012 R2)
