gMSA's are not supported for SCOM service accounts. I am 99% sure that stand alone MSA's are also not supported for SCOM service accounts. MSA's would require that every management server have a different account for each service, on each server. Sounds like a nightmare.

I am wanting to configure our Data Reader and Data Writer accounts with an MSA, but I am not finding any documents that help with how to do so.
