Hi All, I was trying to setup POC with SCOM 2012 R2 on Single server : Win 2012 R2 Datacenter server.
While installing Ops Mgr, at 'Configure Operations Manager accounts' screen, I tried to use same domain account for OMAA and Data Access, Reader, and Writer accounts. ( Client wanted to me use same account, so I have not other account to use). When I click 'next' on this screen, I get error: *"One or more accounts provided could not be validated, please provide valid user names and passwords" * A Red cross mark is shown against: Data Access, Reader, and Writer accounts I am sure password is correct, id is entered in format domain\username. Search resulted to this KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/974886 , but it does not seem to applicable for my OS. Did any one face this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Sri
