Not simply. If you want the output of a diagnostic from a monitor, this is challenging. The reason is - that emails are based on alerts. Alerts are driven by the state change itself on a monitor. Simultaneously, a diagnostic runs in response to a state change of the monitor.
The most common method would be to have a monitor look for a condition, then run the diagnostic, and have the diagnostic be a script that would have the ability to output an event. Then - have another workflow (rule) alert on that specific event with the output of the diagnostic data. It technically CAN be done in a single monitor, but it can be very complex to develop.
