start the stack with a -i argument (check with -h for options): -i will allow to search "d"one jobs in the last "n" days : -10 takes last 10 days.

Did the CC jobs finish correctly ? Do you see a STACKS/01/001_DAYS folder ?
Please paste the output of s04stack.py

(Be sure to use the 1.2.1 latest version, I corrected a bug (slow down)
in 1.2 - in Stack)

type "CCF".
