Are the meta data in the files properly set ? This is essential. 2/ did you delete all "jobs" from the "jobs" table, mark all data_availability lines "N" and launch s02new_jobs.py ? You should maybe try to do a fresh install of MSNoise (delete the database content) and restart from the beginning. Ensuring that all steps are OK .
