Hi,

Actually, all you have to do it is to have the right data structure (STACKS/filterid/...)

and pass the "-f" parameter to the plots, e.g. msnoise plot ccftime -f 99

and even if the filter doens't exist, you'll still be able to plot the results (the title of the plot will be replaced by Zeros).
