yes, ieee754 32bits floats are supported. Either libgcc or libm will do this job. libgcc does it in a 'correct' way, libm does it faster, but there is little attention to infinity and nonumbers - if the situation with these numbers occures, the result undefined (mostly computed upon incoming arguments, but Nan[*+-/]const == Nan . the same with Inf.) Also, there is a rounding bug, i suppose, in libgcc (or in libm :) which results as a small error in 8th dgt.
