[Mspgcc-users] msp430f16x basic_timer.h

Steve Underwood provided msp430x16x.h, which includes basic_timer.h
instead of basic_clock.h
The prelim data sheet for the msp430F169 shows no differences wrt
timers. So, I am wondering why.
