Actually I think 'm incorrect in saying "$max=$error;" needs moving, but
the % error does need changing. I'm not sure what the other problem is, but
the spreadsheet predicts 0x4A for 9600 baud at 32.768kHz using end-bit
timing whereas the perl script predicts 0x29. On checking 0x4A gives lower
errors, so it seems there might be something amiss in the script.
