That page doesn't have a link saying "manual". However, it has two links
saying "documentation" which link to the manual.

this and saw the relatively recent date (20031127) - I thought "great,
this should have everything I need." However, the install chapter had
really no build instructions. At a minimum, a reference should be
inserted where example build scripts reside.
