I've made my best effort to find out the meaning of the warnings myself but I found only a few of them (those concerning signed and unsigned comparisons, others about traditional C, etc.). Is there any gcc error/warning list?
Here is the log of my compilation. I'm still worried about abort and strlen
missing prototypes :-)

well,
actually, yes, helloads of warnings (except one) are expected.
probably you build gcc-3.2 by 3.3 or something like that.
