I am trying to do a simple floating point multiply but
somehow I can't get past the linker:
msp430-ld: region text is full (irap section .text)
msp430-ld: section .vectors [0000ffe0 -> 0000ffff]
overlaps section .text [0000fc00 -> 000101df]
msp430-ld: irap: section .vectors lma 0xffe0 overlaps
previous sections
I tried to have section text start at 0x8000 with the
linker flag '-Ttext 0x8000' but then I get the
following linker error:
msp430-ld: address 0x85e0 of irap section .text is not
within region text
My target device is a msp430-149, which has 60KB of
flash.
