You will need a more up-to-date binutils
Get the latest snapshot at:
ftp://sourceware.org/pub/binutils/snapshots/
or do the cvs thing.
Also tell us what msp430-gcc -v says :)

Yeah! I downloaded the latest v2.15 binutils and built and install it.
But now I need to update GCC. Looking at the current release on
sourceforge, it seems it is not any newer than the one I have already.
What/where do I need to update?
