There are '.data' section overload in rs274ngc.? file. RAM requirements can be computed as size of .bss plus size of .data I see you need 3716 + 50 + 12 + 6 = 3784 bytes + ,may be, some align pads. This is too much for 1612... Check if some data can be declared as constant... cheers, ~d
