If I read the data sheet correct, the RAM (2ki) starts at
0x200 and endsat 0x9FF.
This RAM area is mirrored to the address range 0x1100 to 0x18FF.

The additional (extended) memory is in the area 0x1900 to 0x38FF.
(total RAM: 0x1100 to 0x38FF = 10ki)

Indeed the address 0x10FE is info memory (info memory: 0x1000 to 0x10FF)
but the address 0x1114 should be the mirrored RAM area.
