I have no the schematic,but you can download some materials from the olimex's web site, and I have unzip the file,you can see some files named D2xx.dll,this file is come from the FTDI,so I think olimex should use some FTDI's chip,for example,FT2232C or FT245BM,but I think,the FT2232 is best selection, do you think so, you can buy a tool from olimex,then open the tool's case to have a look!
