Hmm - well I'm really sorry about that. gmail and pobox (my two
favourite mailing list email weapons of choice) don't give me
problems in general. Maybe things are getting worse as the
net crumbles under the weight of spam and they tweak their
various filters.
If you're up for trying one more time, if you don't want to
have the discussion on any of these lists for some reason,
I'll drop you a line from a third email account that has nothing
in common with the other two.
pobox should be boycotted. They basically bounce anything, saying "Piss
off Asia". I didn't receive anything from you using a gmail account. You
may or may not have received a response to your latest message.
