Should we start putting these patches into the CVS on sourceforge as a
seperate build (beta)? Are any of them mutually exclusive? I know I'm a
little confused right now on the different sources of patches, and also the
fixes (Extended Instructions and the new 2xxx families).
I also pass my thanks along to all who have contributed.
