  for binutils 2.17 and binutils 2.18 respectively.

 packaging/patches/binutils-ld_scripts.patch is the right one, but it has to be 
applied after binutils-14x1-20x1-20x2-20x3-22x4-42x-42x0-461x.patch or 
binutils-2.18-14x1-20x1-20x2-20x3-22x4-42x-42x0-461x.patch
