I've looked on cvs, but the binutils module there says no longer
maintained. The Windows binary version seems to be ok, so there must be
some sources somewhere...
check packaging/patches folder in cvs. There is 24xx patch, but without 430X
extended instructions support. I'll release 430X support patch in few days.
