Ah! I updated my CVS tree and rebuilt everything
yesterday.....hhmmm....maybe I did use a wrong CVS command.
I am using TortoiseCVS and directly the IP address because of our ICT
department (name resolution is blocked and I had a special
authorization on the pserver CVS port for the firewall), with these
commands:

cvs.exe -q update -P  -d
CVSROOT=:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/mspgcc
cvs.exe -q update -P -r MSP430X -d
CVSROOT=:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/mspgcc

are these ok to be run on the top level folder?

Thanks
