I'm not manually following the msp430-libc repository yet. If I just continue 
following the mspgcc4 repository and building with buildgcc.pl, will I 
automatically get the new libc release if I do a git pull on mspgcc4 and re-run 
buildgcc.pl after the new libc release has been made?
