Did you add an -mmcu=cc430x6137 or similar flag to the compiler invocation?
That's what causes the __MSP430XV2__ macro to be defined, which would ensure
sfra is available. Without such a flag, the compiler assumes you're
targeting a really old MCU that doesn't support 20-bit addresses.
