Hello, I'm trying to get a mspgcc4 toolchain for the msp430f5437 for use on a x86_64 running ubuntu 10.10. I am aware of the https://launchpad.net/~msp430-development-daily apt-repository, but it does not include a msp430-libc package.
I have thus resorted to building from git, but the procedure fails. The output (see below) refers to some bfd_* names which seems to be out of reach of gcc. Can anyone offer some insight as to what goes wrong?
