Small change to binutils-2.21.patch to fix a problem with mis-assembled rotate/shift instructions, but the packaging of mspgcc4 requires a complete new release.
BTW: In the process of validating this I found that builds on 64-bit system will generate bad code for 64-bit constant integers. Builds on 32-bit systems seem to do the right thing. Since I don't believe that's a regression, I didn't delay this release to try to fix it; watch bug 3207853 on the mspgcc project for updates.
