The date of each patch is not available to the script that automatically
generates the README.  All it can see is the name, so the contents are
alphabetical.

You may find it more convenient to clone the patch repository as described
at https://sourceforge.net/projects/mspgcc/files/Patches/; that way the
newer files will have more recent dates when you pull new versions.
