Asset code; as in, there is a physical sticker on each monitor, so a human will have to input that information by walking to each monitor, looking at the code, and (without dyslexia moments) record that sticker's information somewhere on the machine to which it happens to be attached at that specific moment in time?
Or, do you already have a list somewhere, where you have SerialNumber of this monitor = This asset code? Depending upon your answer to that...I have an idea or two.
