the only reason I have 3 is I need one to advertise the core apps to the machines so they do not show up in the users portal, and then I need one to advertise everything to the packagers and testers so they do not need approval, then one for all users and the deployments to it do require approval. (not same as to packagers and UAT people)
yes, pretty slick and nearly zero administrative effort. Also for OSD users just go get their apps back from the portal, already approved... so no app mapping.
