You can use BUTS throttling though. Remember that BUTS throttling is not 
specific to ConfigMgr. You can use Group Policy (domain or local) to throttle 
it.

Implementing for a client now.  Biggest thing to remember is the PullDP acts 
like a regular client to the parent DP; it pulls the content with BITS and 
there are no bandwidth controls as with a regular DP.
