Subject: [mssms] RE: hardware inventory date (wrong) in column

These two sources for last hardware scan time are controlled by two different
views, so the date won't generally be in sync, however the console date will
update once the next summarization job runs which is default 1x per day. If
you run summarization manually it should update right away. So the best
options as of current are to run a report to get the dates, or manually kick
off a summarization shortly before looking at it in the console.

Resource Manager gets its date from at v_GS_Workstation_Status and I believe
the Console gets its date from v_CombinedDeviceResources.

I often have the hardware inventory date visible in collection views.

Today it became apparent it was out of sync with the data available from
resource Explorer. Anyone else seen this?

Is it normal, what is the delay supposed to be?
