That front end seems pretty cool if you don't want to go with a supported
commercial product.

I think there's a power command to import a text file list of computers into a
collection. You can also do something similar in the console but it's kind of
clunky.

Subject: [mssms] Collection Injection and Rons Web Tools

Question for all you seasoned 2012 users.

We're in the midst of the 2012 migration and I'm looking to find a way to give
our help desk a "one stop shop" for matching user to PC, seeing PC details,
push software, etc (I had added a couple of custom buttons as well) like we
could with Ron's Web Tools in 2007. Is there any alternative that is compatible
with 2012? I downloaded and was going to try Scott Keifers Web
Frontend<http://scottkeiffer.wordpress.com/2013/09/13/configuration-manager-web-frontend/>.
 Has anyone tried that?

Also, is there a 2012 version of Collection Injection? If I wanted to import
hundreds of PC's into a collection, are the right click tools the quickest
method?

Thanks,
