what version are you at and what type of DP?
Are they pull DP's prior to SP1 CU3? if so they cannot have a package with
more than 512 files. (out of memory bug fixed in CU3)

If they are ANY version of PullDP and it takes more than 8 hours to copy
the package they will NEVER EVER get there unless you make
some modifications to SQL

I filed it as a bug but MS rejected it.
