I just migrated my world to a new SCCM 2012 R2 box and I'm thinking now to go with the Intel Add-on. I agree with Christopher that the SCCM configuration is way too much work. We also use 1e WakeUp Server and I'm digging into seeing if their AMT Integration will suffer with the Intel Add-on integration.
