I can personally attest to the difference that a SSD makes not just with this 
step of a TS but generally as a whole.

I have seen large build time differences between a system with a SSD as opposed 
to a standard SATA Disk, sometimes up to 25 minutes for the laptops where the 
driver packages are generally larger and bit locker encryption is involved.
