We have been experiencing an interesting problem here and i wanted to run it by all of you to see if we can find a better resolution than Microsoft Premiere is currently suggesting. Problem: We have gone through a 2012 migration on our DP's and started to experience a problem. Every week every week we have 190 dpu files created in the distmgr.box. This is part of the migration process but the issue is this happens even after the DP's have completed this task. We have removed the connection to the 2007 hierarchy with no change. We have tried a site reset with no change. We have edited the DPUUPGRADESTATUS table also with no change. The tier 3 support guy's latest suggestion is to delete all 190 DP's and re-install them. This would cause all of the traffic to occur for those DP's which we were trying to avoid to begin with. Also, there is no assurance that this will not keep occurring even with doing this. I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to get this to stop. My infrastructure slows down severely while processing the DPU files and then I have a couple of days where it works great before the DPU storm occurs again. Much thanks, Steven
