To my knowledge, yes. This is similar to application deployment evaluation cycle in 2012.

We currently use SCCM 2012 R2 and our patch deployment re-evaluation is set for 1 day. I had a good many servers that had issues installing all the required patches this past month. From some of the logs I looked at, the majority of the patches installed, but some did not. Those remaining patches installed roughly 24 hours later. The WUAHandler.log looked ok and didn't see any errors, but the WindowsUpdate.log was another story. I saw a lot of entries below in the WindowsUpdate.log. [cid:[email protected]] If a patch fails to install once the mandatory time has been reached, will the SCCM client wait until the next re-evaluation time before it will retry to install?
