You can also right click a collection and select Add Resources. You have to 
search for each record but it works and requires no add on.

With that said, definitely get the NowMicro RCT. It does more than you ever 
imagined.

You can do that natively in the 2012 console.  Just select multiple clients 
(hold shift or control while selecting them), right click, and click ‘Add 
Selected Items’ and you have the option of adding them to a new or an existing 
device collection.  No right-click tool needed.
