General question on using remote control against win8.1 clients.. I’m having issues when using the remote control function on certain laptops that have win8.1 installed.. basically, I lose control if I go anywhere not explicitly in the desktop..
Anyone have a way to make things work better, or is this potentially a known issue? Example.. even right-clicking on the windows button, so I could attempt to open the control panel just results in the machine not responding for long periods of time ---note running sccm2012 R2
