Yeah, just a nightly email of the report to show systems that are below 10% 
free space like I have in Lansweeper.
Then I can work on some of these other reports I have created over the years in 
lansweeper and have them come out of cm12.

Lansweeper is great for gathering systems info.

I'm not sure about alerting,  SCCM is not designed for that.

Maybe you meant email subscription for a report to be delivered on a schedule.
