Strange! Repair resulting in the same.. However an uninstall/install of the client has instantly made it show up. It's as 'Installed' which is fine, because it is.. but still, there was clearly something saying 'don't show this'...
I'm going to run it again and see if it's there afterwards or not.. This machine is a direct rule in the collection. Other machines in the collection which are yet to run the TS, can also see it in software center. It's as if its saying 'Well, I've already run that once fine, so you won't want to do it again, I'll hide it." I ran this task sequence on the machine via Software Center and it completed successfully, rebuilding the OS. Now however, in Software Center, it no longer shows.. Not as available or installed despite the fact it is still deployed.
