For Corporate devices we use Configuration Manager and all mobile users have
VPN access. For non employees and BYOD instances we use Team Viewer with
pricing for concurrent usage which should be cheaper and easier to manager. We
figured out there would be less than 5 concurrent users at a time.

I would love to see the extension to external systems in remote control.

How do you all handle supporting remote users? Almost everyone I talk to needs
a tool that works over the internet.

Same here, we haven't had any issues with remote control, help desk, tier 2,
tier 3, and other IT technical support staff all use it.

Hmm. Config Mgr remote control is our primary tool for remoting into users'
computers. No major issues with it here.

How many of you would like to use ConfigMgr remote control however it's limited
functionality prevents you from doing so? Worse still is that you are likely
paying for some other remote control solution because remote control in
ConfigMgr just doesn't meet your needs. If you agree and you'd like to see
improvements made in the current remote control offering in ConfigMgr please
vote up my item on connect.
