To follow up, I had to re-download the update content as it now showed a red X status in the package. PCs already trying the update (since it was already advertised from last year) had to be rebooted to obtain the new content and update correctly. This update should have been 4.10.210 - please don't re-use version numbers, SCCM can't handle it!!!!
