You can take Daniel's suggestion one step further though and add a custom GUI or logic as a pre-start command that in turn sets the SMSTSPreferedAdvertID. This is all custom though. You could use something like UI++ to provide a GUI or perform the logic.

I see a TS deployed to unknown clients collection is visible to all unknown across site, is there a way to make this possible to country wise. They have set of IP ranges, DP Servers, does any of it can be used creatively to achieve this ?
