Google skills have let me down. Anyone have a good link or explanation of the data in a software metering report?
total usages = how many times it was opened and closed? specifically, if someone opens something, leaves it minimised and closes it after an hour is that whole hour classed as usage? (even though they technically were not using it) Ta S.
